Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create an account?
Click the "Register" button in the top right corner and fill in your details. You'll need a valid email address.
How do purchased items get delivered?
After payment, items are automatically queued for delivery to your linked game character. Check your in-game mailbox within a few minutes.
How do I link my game account?
Go to Dashboard > Game Account and enter your in-game username. Follow the verification instructions to confirm ownership.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if items have not been used in-game. Contact support for assistance.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe payment processor.
I didn't receive my items. What do I do?
Check your order status in Dashboard > Orders. If delivery failed, contact support with your order number.
